Will - Owner/Aston Martin & Jaguar Expert

Will is an experienced and factory trained technician for both Aston Martin and Jaguar vehicles, completing many courses at both Gaydon and Browns Lane.

He spent several years working at the Aston Martin and Jaguar main dealer in Exeter, becoming Workshop Controller before he left to start AJTECH in 2013.  His skill, experience and knowledge mean that he is well known within the Aston Martin community.

Will was Lead and No.1 Technician for the British and European GT Aston Martin racing team, Generation AMR, spending a total of 9 seasons on the team.  Whilst working as a GT race team technician he was recruited by other Aston Martin race teams around the world for 24-hour endurance race events.  Will's work with Aston Martin race cars has taken him to tracks across the globe including Dubai, Thailand, Spain, Portugal, Belgium and The Netherlands.  Before leaving racing, Will worked for the Invictus Team on their specially commissioned GT4 Jaguar F Type race car.

Will launched AJTECH in 2013 and he is proud of the loyal customers who return time and again thanks to his team's excellent customer service and extensive knowledge of Aston Martin and Jaguar cars.

JAMES - Senior Prestige Technician

James is a familiar face to some of our Aston Martin customers having worked alongside Will at the Exeter Aston Martin main dealership, Grange, for many years.

Like Will, James is an Aston Martin factory-trained technician having completed many courses at Gaydon, including advanced AMDS and short engine rebuild.

Over the years, James has worked for a number of main dealers and independent specialists.  He spent five years working on another British-made sports car at Berrybrook Morgan;  the Morgan main dealership covering the South West.

When not repairing and maintaining Aston Martin and Jaguar vehicles at AJTECH, James enjoys driving and building remote control vehicles with his son.

Richard - Prestige technician

Richard is the newest member of the team and joins us from Volkswagen.  He is local to the area having completed his apprenticeship down the road in Bovey Tracey.

Although new to Aston Martin and Jaguar cars, he is very much enjoying learning his way around these vehicles and is quickly learning the new skills required to become a knowledgeable specialist technician.

Richard is a qualified MOT tester and has completed various vehicle related training courses and qualifications including; Level 4 Diploma in light vehicle repairs and maintenance, Insitute of the Motor Industry training in electrical vehicles and air conditioning.

When he is not in the workshop, Richard enjoys running with a local running club and getting out into the Devon countryside and green laning.

Amy - Owner/Office Manager

A familiar voice/face to the customers at AJTECH, Amy was previously a broadcast journalist and PR specialist before deciding to join William at AJTECH in 2016.

She assists Will in helping customers, as well as managing all the 'behind-the-scenes' elements of the company.

When not busy chatting with customers and doing paperwork, Amy can be found at the gym or a good pub.

Betsy Bear - Customer liaison/Office Dog

One of the most important members of the AJTECH team, Betsy can usually be found in the office greeting customers enthusiastically.

Thanks to her excellent customer service skills, she is the only member of the team who is regularly brought treats.

When not busy getting fussed over by customers, Betsy can be found on country walks and tormenting the cat she lives with.
